Thrift Store Visit

 Hello everyone! Remember the last post about new decor we made? We went to a neat thrift store for it! Well, today me and Monica went back, and we decided to give you guys a proper tour this time!

I wanted to take a selfie of us together; as a "we won't come back out the same people" joke. Monica snorted as soon as I made that joke, but she refuses to admit it.

Here we are in front of the thrift store! In front of us is the entrance into the thrift store's screened in porch.

Here's the inside of the screened in porch! They had a cool mini hut too, but I didn't get a good picture of it. Cool couch, too!

And here is the entirety of the thrift store! Their selection grew by a lot since our last visit. Look at all that cool stuff!

There was another little screened in porch back here with exactly one item: an interesting cactus chair. It was genuinely spiky.

There was also this cute little living room set! Not the whole thing, unfortunately, but it was adorable!

The owner wanted to show us this cool projector, which was pretty dang neat. Apparently it's a replica of one the Alphas actually used!!!

 But what really caught our eye was this weird crystal in the back corner. The owner got really antsy when we asked about it and tried to change the subject, but I wanted it. It looked like something Adalie would adore!

So we bought it. Monica called it cursed and made me carry it ("If you want that... thing, so bad, then why don't you carry it?"), so I did!

And look at that, I was right! Adalie loved it! She told me it was a perfect replica of an old folklore item from her old burrow network. I don't know much about it, but I was happy Adalie loved it!

Right now, it lives on our dining table. Adalie said she'd find a better place for it later.
